Thank you for playing along. You saw the reveal. So you know the answers. Memory is funny. Somethings are still so sharp 30+ years later. Other things have faded or been bent.

The flowers were red roses—expensive ones, not grocery store junk. False, i bet it was a more colorful bouquet.

The guard’s name was posted on a little plaque at the gate: “Security Officer: Dennis.” False, it just doesn't seem normal.

The card said “Thinking of you” in my handwriting, no signature. True, seems reasonable.

She was wearing a silk robe when she answered the door—burgundy with gold trim. False.

The condo building was called “Rock Creek Suites.” False, i doubt you would include such a specific detail.

I got a receipt from the florist and expensed it to the client: $47.50. True, makes sense to me, good business practice too.
