What you unlock:

Hit 3 referrals, and I’ll email you access to the story. It’s not on Substack—it’s hosted elsewhere. You get the link. You read it. You keep it to yourself.
Access opens every Thursday at 6:07 PM ET. That’s when the reveals drop for premium subscribers. And that’s when Sealed Case Files go live.
TIER 2: 5 Referrals → “Off the Record: The Cost”
What you unlock:
Three essays about the toll this work took. The stuff I can’t write publicly because it’s too raw, too personal, too honest.
What’s in the collection:

What you unlock:

Here’s what you get:
1. Your name on The Wall of Honor (permanently)
Inspired by the wall at CIA headquarters in McLean, VA—where stars commemorate operatives who died in service. This isn’t that serious. But it’s inspired by the same idea: recognition for those who championed the work.
Your name goes on a permanent page listing everyone who helped build this community from the ground up. Not everyone who subscribes. Not everyone who shares a story. Just you. And the handful of others who believed in this enough to get 25 people to subscribe.

Every time someone subscribes using your link, you get credit.
The Substack bosses track it automatically. You’ll see your referral count in your dashboard.
A Few Ground Rules
1. Don’t share the exclusive content.
When you unlock Sealed Case Files or “Off the Record: The Cost,” keep them to yourself. Don’t screenshot. Don’t forward. Don’t post them elsewhere.
The trust goes both ways.
2. Don’t game the system.
Fake referrals, bots, or fraudulent subscriptions will get you removed from the program. I check.
3. Be patient.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 rewards unlock on Thursdays at 6:07 PM ET. That’s when I send out access links. If you hit a milestone on a Monday, you’ll get your reward the following Thursday.
Tier 3 rewards are personalized, so they take a little longer. But you’ll get them.
